I am new to letterboxing, so forgive me if this has been asked
before. I searched some FAQs but couldn't find a thorough description
of how PLBs work. If I want to make one, do I just ask for a bunch of
people and their addresses, make a list, and then send it to the
first address, then they send it to the next, and on and on? If there
is a site I can read more about, please let me know. Thanks! -Q
